About the East Florida Appraisal Institute Chapter

The East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is known for its highly professional, educated and nationally experienced real estate appraisal practitioners, educators and authors.  Our website offers a wide array of resources for your research, education and informational purposes.

 

MEMBERS: With over 300 members, the East Florida Chapter is comprised of real estate professionals holding the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI, SRPA, SRA, AI-GRS, and AI-RRS designations along with Candidates for Designation, and Practicing Affiliates committed to upholding a rigorous code of ethics.

 

INDUSTRY EDUCATION: The Chapter is active in providing education opportunities in advanced education, qualifying education, professional development courses and continuing education seminars. Chapter meetings and educational opportunities are a great way to meet and network with appraisers active in our market area.

 

CENTRAL FLORIDA REAL ESTATE FORUM: The East Florida Chapter is the founder of the Central Florida Real Estate Forum recognized as one of the most popular real estate educational, entertaining and networking events in the state of Florida. Established in 2011, the forum has been honored to offer top level speakers and a dynamic full day event to include:
